The Book of Delights by Ross Gay
A wonderful collection of mini essays by poet Ross Gay on finding delight in our often scary and confusing world. Perfect for new moms or anyone looking for a little daily joy and inspiration.
We're Going to Need More Wine by Gabrielle Union
One of the best memoirs we've listened to! Union is whip-smart and unflinchingly honest about the ups and downs of her middle class upbringing and celebrity success story.
Calypso by David Sedaris
Filled with irreverent humor, hilarious family and travel stories and a poignant reckoning with the trials and triumphs of growing older, this is Sedaris at his best!
It all starts with a story…how a great book captivates and enlivens us, how the fairytales our parents tell us spark our sense of wonder and love of creativity, how we first learn to explore and dream and fly in the pages of our favorite books.
Our mission at Bel Canto Books is to foster joy, creativity and curiosity, one book, one connection at a time. Our events program focuses on community engagement and collaboration to provide an outlet for learning and inspiration.
