#52Booksin52weeks

Are You Taking Part in the 52 Books in 52 Weeks Reading Challenge? We Are!

12.17.19 - I'm a sucker for wholeness, so I think it would be much nicer to end the year with 85 books read, rather than 82. So I'm going to try to finish 3 more books in the last two weeks of the year.

My last three books, if I can get to them,  will be:

83. THE CARRYING by Ada Lîmon

84. TRICK MIRROR by Jia Tolentino

85. LETTERS FROM MAX by Sarah Ruhl and Max Ritvo

Please wish this OCD masochist good luck! ;-)

For the past few years, I've been taking part in the #52Booksin52Weeks challenge, mostly with limited results. But since I started this bookstore journey, I've happily been achieving our goal of averaging a book a week (and then some!).

One big help to reading this consistently is audiobooks. I read/listen to great books in the car and on morning walks, specifically books that are read by the author because we love to hear the personality, speech patterns and cadence of the writer come through in the audiobook.
